The Tamil Nadu State Cooperative Federation (TSCF) is the apex cooperative body in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. Established under the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, it acts as the central financing agency for the three-tier cooperative credit structure in the state. TSCF coordinates the activities of over 600 Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) and 20 District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs). Its primary role is to provide refinance facilities, ensure liquidity, and supervise the functioning of member institutions. TSCF also implements various government-sponsored schemes aimed at agricultural development, rural infrastructure, and poverty alleviation.
