Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya, commonly abbreviated as UBB, is a state agricultural university situated in Pundibari, Cooch Behar district of West Bengal, India. Established in 2001, the university was carved out from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya to cater specifically to the agricultural research and education needs of the northern region of West Bengal. The university plays a vital role in the development of agriculture, horticulture, and allied sciences across six northern districts of the state, including Cooch Behar, Jalpaiguri, Darjeeling, Malda, Uttar Dinajpur, and Dakshin Dinajpur.
