What is RCQ?

Reading Comprehension Questions (RCQs) are a common component in competitive exams and academic tests across India. They assess a candidate's ability to understand, interpret, and analyze written passages, typically drawn from diverse topics such as science, literature, economics, and social issues. In the Indian context, RCQs are prominent in entrance exams like CAT, XAT, SNAP, Bank PO, SSC CGL, and UPSC prelims. They are used to evaluate critical reading skills, inference-making, vocabulary, and logical reasoning within a time-constrained environment.
