The Online Zonal Gateway (OZG) is a centralized digital platform developed by Indian Railways to integrate and coordinate operations across its 18 zones. Implemented by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), OZG replaced fragmented legacy systems with a single web-based gateway, enabling seamless data exchange between zonal headquarters, divisional offices, and field stations.
