What is EFG?

Education for Girls (EFG) is a broad policy framework and set of initiatives in India aimed at improving access, retention, and quality of education for girls across the country. It encompasses various government schemes such as Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP), Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), and the National Programme for Education of Girls at Elementary Level (NPEGEL).
